Hi there, Spring is supposed to be here but it is cold today. Started out gorgeous, and Noel Skiba has been painting outside, even though her hands are cold. We are doing a new addition to the blog this year. If my clients are ok with it, we are taking a picture of them with the artwork they buy and posting it to show how happy art can make someone.
